Adrian & Liz {Wedding}

On August 11, I met up at Hotel Vetro with Liz as she finished getting ready for her wedding.  Once she was in her dress, she had a special reveal for all of the women in her family as they had not seen the dress to that point.  It was a beautiful moment.
After the big reveal, it was off to the ceremony.  Their ceremony was held at St. Mary's in Iowa City and was a beautiful mass which included many traditions.  After the ceremony, we had our formal session for the family and bridal party pictures in the church.  Then we walked down to the Old Capital for some more relaxed and fun pictures with the bridal party.  We got some beautiful images there.

We had a quick stop at Kinnick on our way to the reception at the Celebration Farm Timber Frame Barn.  It is a beautiful location on its own and became beyond gorgeous with the decor.  Cynthia Betts was their wedding coordinator and put together a spectacular event.  The tables were covered with fresh flower center pieces, there were flowers hanging from the chandeliers, the candy bar was gorgeous, everything even the silverware had a vintage theme.   Every where you looked there was a beautiful attention to detail.  I could have shot there for a week and still found something new to capture.

When the bridal party arrived, we took Adrian and Liz around for some more photos in the gorgeous setting around the barn.  I simply ADORE the photo along the side of the barn where Adrian is kissing Liz's neck.  Hello, romance!  Gorgeous!

During the reception, we headed out to the amazing arches there for a few more photos.  They were so wonderful to work with and truly a stunning couple to photograph.

Congrats to the newlyweds!  It was truly a pleasure to capture your day.
